Nelson Lo Ting Hei gained a BA in Womenswear at Nottingham Trent University prior to joining London College of Fashion to study an MA in Fashion Artefact.
Nelson’s creations are inspired by the anatomy of the human body and destruction of human nature. Lack of boundaries, images of violence and the paintings of Peter Paul Rubens particularly influenced his graduate collection. To create these beautiful creations Nelson deconstructed the human figure to create muscle-like shapes using hair as a metaphor for life.
